  • Leading cross-functional teams to create captivating content and drive online expansion.
  • Formulating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that boost visibility, engagement, and sales.
  • Managing budgets, tracking results, and making informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Executing Meta and Google Ads with precision, converting clicks into conversions.
  • Overseeing social media presence, bringing the brand's personality to life across various platforms.
  • Crafting compelling Mailchimp email campaigns and automated flows to retain customers.
  • Ensuring seamless shopping experiences on the Wordpress store.
  • Bringing creative flair to photoshoots, launches, and campaigns that captivate customers.

Requirements

  • Full Australian working rights
  • 3+ years' experience in Digital Marketing for an eCommerce brand
  • Passion for both creativity and analytics (and how they work together)
  • Hands-on experience with Wordpress, Mailchimp, Meta, Google Analytics, and eCommerce best practices
  • Proven track record of running campaigns that drive growth
  • Aptitude for Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
