As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for collecting Rear Lift bins around Melbourne Metro, ensuring the cleanliness of streets and laneways, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and the general public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collection of Rear Lift bins around Melbourne Metro
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of streets and laneways
  • Providing a high level of customer service to Citywide clients and the general public
  • Ensuring highest safety standards at all times
  • Daily vehicle checks
  • Wash vehicle on a daily basis
  • Manually cleaning any spillages
  • Paperwork including run header sheets, run sheets, tip dockets are accurately filled out
  • Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required

Requirements

  • Current Victorian Medium Rigid truck license - Heavy Rigid Preferred
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Pro-Active
  • Problem Solving Skills

  • Knowledge of OH&S
