The Role
In this APS3 Store Person position, you will be part of a highly motivated group of Defence and APS personnel. We are looking for someone who is intelligent, proactive, professional, and willing to work collaboratively and independently in a group environment. You will be responsible for problem-solving, using your initiative in a busy work environment, and working within policy and regulatory frameworks.

About our Team
The APS3 Store Person is integral to our team, which includes functions such as inventory management and data entry to support logistics inventory. You will be performing stocktaking activities on Central Issue Point and Warehouse logistics inventory, identifying Defence logistics policies, and applying them to inventory management activities across the Warehouse facility. You will also maintain effective working relationships within the team environment and participate in team work and group activities.

Our Ideal Candidate
In the Logistics Management function, the APS3 Store Person is accountable under routine direction to perform and achieve straightforward inventory management work within an integrated workforce. You will be accountable for having a basic understanding of and compliance with relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making, and Defence's mission and policy requirements.
