Job Summary

The Late Life & Decommissioning function at Xodus provides consultancy services to the offshore and onshore Energy Industry. As a truly integrated consultancy, we bring together technical specialists with the right skills and experience to solve our clients' challenges in the identification and selection of the optimum developments, and the path to realize their value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Xodus Group KPIs by providing strategic direction and technical leadership for the Late Life & Decommissioning team in APAC, being a key contributing member of the APAC leadership team, and ownership of the Decommissioning team P&L and delivery of the APAC budget.
  • Fully accountable for identifying, winning, and executing Late Life & Decommissioning projects in APAC.
  • Key contributing member of the APAC leadership team through collaborative working, integration across disciplines and hubs.
  • Deliver Xodus Group KPIs providing strategic direction and technical leadership for the Late Life & Decommissioning team.
  • Support the business development plans for the Late Life Decommissioning team and region including identifying business opportunities, leading, and supporting proposal tendering, and promoting excellent client relationships.
  • Manage the recruitment, allocation, performance, and development of personnel in your team in line with current and future capability needs and building a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Role model for the team behaviors that embody the company values of trust, responsibility, and excellence and promote an inclusive culture.
  • Ensure that all legislative and HSEQ procedures and standards are applied to provide a consistent, safe, and secure environment for all Xodus personnel, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Review and approve tender proposals in line with Xodus' contract management procedure.
Requirements
  • Ability to support the Late Life Decommissioning team as a leader in the field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey the company's competencies, vision, and values to internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree qualified in a relevant engineering or environment discipline.
  • Experience 15+ years.
  • Sound technical and commercial understanding of energy-related late life/decommissioning projects.
  • Demonstrated experience and capabilities in decommissioning technologies, decommissioning topics, and overall regulatory landscape in decommissioning.
  • Strong understanding of decommissioning policy, regulatory position, and all other regulatory aspects relating to decommissioning projects.
  • Track record in leading the delivery of assignments with successful techno-commercial outcomes.
  • Experience in the supervision and development of a team with a strong team culture.
