Clinical Research Liaison

As a clinical research liaison, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team that values high performance and nurtures talent.

You will be embedded in a client's study team with a dedicated line manager to support you. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of study site management to ensure high-quality data and low query levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough site selection and monitoring visits
- Collaborate with the study team to implement effective site management strategies
- Ensure compliance with international guidelines ICH-GCP and local regulations
- Mentor and support other team members in their roles.

Requirements:

- A degree in a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in clinical research coordination or monitoring within a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotechnology company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trials and research methodologies
- Flexibility to travel to sites and adapt to changing priorities.
