Delaware Home Health Aide Job Opportunity

As a Home Health Aide with Addus HomeCare, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team and help make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Our Home Health Aides work closely with clients and their families to develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs. Your role will involve providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as routine house cleaning and observation of client condition.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about making a difference in their community and has a genuine interest in helping others.

Job Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Home Health Aide Qualifications
