The EL2 Director position is pivotal in enhancing evaluation practices across the public sector.

This role leads a small team responsible for delivering high-quality impact assessments, synthesizing data, and modeling outcomes to inform policy decisions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead experts to design, deliver, and synthesize up to 3 impact evaluations annually.
  2. Develop technical reports and resources on evaluation synthesis, training, and outcome modeling.
  3. Closely collaborate with key stakeholders, including government agencies.
  4. Jointly manage relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Contribute to setting priorities, identifying opportunities, and managing risks within the leadership team.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience in leading evaluation projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of public health policy and program evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
