Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced security professional to join our team as an NV1 Security Officer.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch security solutions to our clients, monitoring CCTV and access control systems, conducting building patrols, identifying and reporting hazards, managing contractors and deliveries, and responding to emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients
  • Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
  • Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risks
  • Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
  • Providing support to tenants and facilities
  • Managing contractors and deliveries
  • Responding to emergency situations
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to support and step up as required into other roles
  • Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
  • Ability to work in a rotational roster (nights/days/weekends)
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of computers and security-related systems (access control, CCTV, Microsoft programs)
  • Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate
