We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Community Living Options (CLO). As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
  • Support individuals to engage in community activities, such as cooking and arts
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans to achieve individual goals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening or DHS Disability related check
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or other relevant qualification
