Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Spare Parts Coordinator - Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound stock, organizing parts in the warehouse, quoting, sourcing, and collaborating closely with technicians, shipping companies, and in-house teams across Australia and overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reporting
- Coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of spare parts
- Collaborate with technicians and in-house teams to resolve inventory-related issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate better prices and terms
- Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
Requirements:
- Experience in spare parts management and logistics is essential
- Strong skills in stocktake and reporting via Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Industry backgrounds like Refrigeration, HVAC, and Electrical Wholesale are highly encouraged to apply
