Cyber Security Engineer

Protect and preserve the digital environment, ensuring a secure experience for all.

  • Strategic planning for responsible systems, including capacity and lifecycle management to safeguard business and compliance needs.
  • Ensuring system stability and currency, with a focus on security, performance, availability, and adherence to best practices.

The role plays a critical part in our mission to safeguard trust and privacy of customers and their data. As a key member of the team, you will manage tools within our Technology Security portfolio with care and diligence.

Together with the innovative team, you will explore areas like Identity & Access Management (IAM), Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Protection and Detection (EDR), and more. Your contributions will protect our critical infrastructure and services while fostering a more secure digital environment for all.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with the Enterprise Security Solutions team to validate and review detailed design components.
  • Contributing to stakeholder discussions and playing a pivotal role in resolving issues that emerge from programs and projects.
  • Upholding our reputation by maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of information assets and systems.

We seek an individual who is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and emerging cyber-threats. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will convey information and ideas clearly and succinctly within a business context. Exceptional interpersonal skills are also essential for success in this role.

Preferred qualifications include previous experience in Telecommunications and industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GSEC. However, if you think this role is a great fit for you but some of the qualifications don't align with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
