Regional Projects and Business Development Manager

Are you an experienced manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Projects and Business Development Manager to join our team at WISE Employment Ltd.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our business initiatives in South Perth, focusing on fostering local employer engagement, managing cohort-specific training programs, and ensuring effective community and pre-employment program implementations.

As a Regional Projects and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and success
  • Leading and developing a team of Industry Employment Specialists
  • Monitoring and interpreting financial statements and budgets related to funding body performance reports
  • Effectively managing the performance of Employment Services programs administered in the designated region
  • Creating accurate data for reports to senior management
  • Identifying areas of opportunity and finding solutions to business challenges
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local community, employers, and associated networks
  • Collaborating with other business units and departments to meet business objectives and deliver business plans

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing strategic operations within an organisational setting
  • Demonstrated qualities of empathy, integrity, and compassion
  • Demonstrable strategic agility and business acumen
  • Proven track record in delivering results within a multi-site business and in growing a successful business or operations
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Possess excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, as well as negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Hold a current Full Driver's License
  • Be willing to travel for the role
