About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Manager to join our Priority Projects and Program Management Office (PP&PMO) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects and programs that align with Ministerial priorities to address community need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide whole of life project management across several built form projects or may be responsible for the delivery of one complex project.
  • Contribute to project initiation and business case development, funding submissions, stakeholder engagement and management, and project monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and close-out.
  • Oversight of Communities' Asset Investment Program (AIP) assurance functions, including reporting, governance, and program controls.
