Labourpower is currently seeking highly skilled and experienced forklift operators to join their high reach picking team in Banksmeadow.

The successful applicants will work with a food distribution company that supplies household names to cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants across Australia. They are importers of premium and prestige products from well-known brands.

To prepare for peak season, they are looking to train quality personnel into their systems and processes. The warehouse operates under three temperature conditions: ambient, chiller, and freezer. Successful applicants will be expected to work variably within these areas.

**ShifTs AvaIlAbLe:**
- 4pm-12midnight

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Current LF and/or LO forklift license
  • Experience with High Reach Forklifts
  • RF scanning and picking experience
  • Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Sound knowledge of WHS and a proven track record with safety

This role requires individuals who are conscientious, diligent, hard working, and have a great work ethic. They must also be able to undertake varied tasks, including but not limited to the use of the High Reach Forklift.

The tasks will include:

  • Maintaining an organised and tidy work area
  • Pick accurately / RF Picking
  • Picking and staging orders
  • Stacking and wrapping pallets
  • Replenishment and inventory work
  • Truck load and unload
  • Repack and Scanpack work

This position offers a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity with above award wages, excellent management, onsite parking, training and career progression.
