Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Construction Project Manager for a reputable company. You will be responsible for overseeing the construction and delivery of commercial office fitouts, interior refurbs, and EOT facilities.

The role involves coordinating subcontractors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will be working closely with experienced interior fitout specialists who have over 60 years of combined industry experience.


Requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the fitout sector, commercial office preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field
  • Sound technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and make decisions that benefit the project as a whole
  • Experience with project management software preferred
