Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and internal staff on the updated planning system
  • Provide professional advice for the progression of development applications, code amendments, and strategic planning projects
  • Contribute to business development and growth initiatives
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning, with a preference for an honours degree
  • 3-7 years of experience in town planning, with expertise in areas such as development applications, strategic planning, policy planning, and community consultation
  • Strong research, analysis, and report writing skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Membership or eligibility for full membership of the Planning Institute of Australia
