Job Title: Wall and Floor Tiler

This role presents an opportunity to work as a skilled tradesperson in wall and floor tile laying and renovation services. Delivering high-quality results to clients is paramount.

  • Carry out all aspects of tiling, including surface preparation, tile cutting, and installation techniques.
  • Offer constructive feedback and support to help develop skills and confidence in apprentices.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices on the job site.
  • Encourage a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor apprentice progress and provide regular evaluations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Tiler.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem solving abilities.
  • Mature attitude and confident communication skills.
  • Respectful, enthusiastic, honest, and presentable demeanor.
