Part-Time Retail Professional Opportunity

This role involves assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering exceptional consumer experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail experience, and excellent communication abilities. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling opportunities.
  • Assist in visual merchandising displays and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and control, including receiving stock and processing transactions.
  • Provide training and coaching to junior staff members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in a senior sales or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating POS systems.
