Professional Heavy Vehicle Operator

Position Type: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: $32-34 per hour + OT Penalties
Shift: 7AM - 3PM + OT
Talent Vision 360 is seeking a skilled and experienced heavy vehicle operator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials in our HR trucks.
About the Role:
- You will drive heavy rigid vehicles safely and in compliance with all road regulations and company policies.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and functionality.
- Loading and unloading goods, materials, or passengers efficiently.
- Planning and navigating efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, vehicle logs, and any incidents.
- Promptly reporting vehicle issues, accidents, or delays to the relevant department.
- Communicating clearly and effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Providing exceptional customer service during all interactions.
- Following all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assisting with other duties as needed to support operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a heavy vehicle operator.
- A valid HR Truck license.
