Building Maintenance Leader

Effective building maintenance requires a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facility's maintenance and cleaning staff. Your role will involve ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly, and identifying areas for improvement.
You will work closely with your team to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency. This will involve providing guidance and support to help them meet deadlines and maintain excellent customer service.
Your experience in building maintenance is essential in this role. You should have a strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning systems, as well as other essential services. Trade qualifications in building maintenance are also highly desirable.
We are looking for someone who is a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to build strong relationships with your team and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of maintenance and cleaning staff
- Maintain and repair equipment and systems
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Ensure high standards of quality and efficiency
Requirements:
