About the Role

We are a leading provider of donuts, pies, coffee and shakes. Our team has built a cult following for our classic treats.

This position is pivotal to our success as you represent our brand directly to customers. You will be supported by an amazing team of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Set up, fill and adjust displays as required
  • Upsell products to customers
  • Prepare cold beverages such as milkshakes and iced drinks
  • Ensure food safety requirements are met including temperature checks and recording
  • Clean duties throughout the store
Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • A positive attitude towards all tasks required to perform
  • Enjoy the challenge of upselling
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Exposure to a fast-paced environment
  • Prior retail or food experience highly regarded but not essential
