You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail site, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all daily operations of a busy and complex fuel business
  • Maintain merchandising, marketing and stock management standards
  • Recruit, train, mentor and motivate staff to achieve business goals
  • Process volume cash handling and reconcile discrepancies
  • Supervise food management practices
  • Evaluate and maintain high hygiene & presentation standards
  • Meet assigned performance targets and KPIs

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, demonstrated ability to manage a small business successfully, and excellent communication across all levels. They must also be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting and being on their feet for long periods.

  • Ability to manoeuvre heavy objects (lift up to 18kgs)
