About the Job

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Lead to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies in Sydney.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Application Development and Support projects, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and taking ownership of their work. This role is ideal for experienced Technical Leads who want to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.
  • Prepare and help the team prepare the design, ensuring a deep understanding of project architecture.
  • Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
  • Identify risks and form contingency plans promptly.
  • Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
  • Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work on increasing the productivity of the team.
  • Fulfill all commitments by delivering high-quality results on time.

Requirements:

  • High calibre, skilled, and experienced resource with knowledge of Application environments.
  • Strong interface between the team and management.
  • Ability to build and maintain high team morale.
  • Adherence to defined Configuration, Change, and Problem Management processes.
  • 8+ years of overall experience.
  • Able to make fast and informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Provide training and coaching to development teams.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team player and leadership abilities.
  • Good time-management skills.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
