Job Title: Financial Sector Strategist

Job Description:

As a key member of our business strategy and execution team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our organization. Your responsibilities will include participating in the full cycle of transactional execution, from preparing marketing pitches to reviewing and formulating financial analysis. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations.

You will work closely with senior bankers to originate, structure, and execute financing and advisory transactions across various products. This will involve developing content for marketing materials, creating financial models, and conducting detailed valuation analysis. Additionally, you will interact with senior team members and client management teams to execute transactions and identify and manage risks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide, review, and coordinate the analytic work of junior bankers. You will also liaise with internal and external parties on transactions and provide leadership and mentorship to junior bankers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics or a related field from a top-tier educational institution
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in an investment banking front office role
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Understanding of the transaction cycle and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders
