As a Disability Employment Specialist, your role will be to empower individuals with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to become work-ready and find suitable employment. With APM's support, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and help people achieve their goals.
About the Role
- Source employment opportunities for job seekers
- Help job seekers identify their skills, abilities, and secure employment
- Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
- Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
- Create and implement joint job plans with job seekers to support a clear pathway to employment
- Build relationships with local employers and community organizations
What You Need
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
- Able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Ability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
