About the Role
  • As an Aged Care Assistant, you will provide support and care to our residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
  • You will work as part of a friendly and close-knit team, providing person-centered care approaches to all interactions with residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and care according to the Care Plan and residents' preferences and strengths
  • Applying person-centered care approaches to all interactions with residents
  • Considering residents' individual needs, stage of life, development, and strengths when engaging in support activities
  • Working on a variety of days from Monday to Sunday on our Night shift
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working in an aged care facility
  • Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
