We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Skincare Expert and Sales Professional.

Job Summary

This is a part-time or casual role with fixed shifts available, providing an opportunity to share your passion for skincare and makeup products with customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience
  • Tend the cash register and maintain accurate sales records
  • Ensure shop presentation is of high standard, including ensuring shelf stock is filled, face up and ticketed
  • Maintain awareness of key catalogue promotions and participate in online supplier training regarding in-store products
  • Assist customers to make their selection by advising on the features and benefits of products that meet their needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Vast product knowledge of skincare and makeup products
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A strong interest in skincare and makeup products
