Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, answering queries, and adapting your approach to meet individual customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Pandora products, sharing this expertise with customers to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing merchandise in the correct spaces within the store.
- Maintain high shop floor standards, merchandising the store, and taking pride in your work environment.
- Operate the till system, handling financial transactions, including returns and exchanges.
- Passionate and motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
