About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Contract Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing construction contracts and providing expert advice on contract administration, dispute resolution, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies;
- Provide expert advice on contract administration, including preparation of reports, correspondence, and negotiations;
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and disputes, developing strategies to resolve complex issues;
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective project delivery, communicating regularly with stakeholders and clients;
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate estimates, reports, and forecasts to inform business decisions;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, promoting a positive image of the company;
Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, preferably with post-graduate experience;
- At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic solutions;
- Proficiency in relevant software, including BuildSoft and Cost X Estimating Software;
