Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies;
  • Provide expert advice on contract administration, including preparation of reports, correspondence, and negotiations;
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and disputes, developing strategies to resolve complex issues;
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective project delivery, communicating regularly with stakeholders and clients;
  • Analyze financial data and prepare accurate estimates, reports, and forecasts to inform business decisions;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, promoting a positive image of the company;

Requirements:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, preferably with post-graduate experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, contract management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic solutions;
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including BuildSoft and Cost X Estimating Software;
