Hairdresser Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairdresser to join our dynamic team at Gud Look Hair & Beauty Studio in Blacktown, Sydney.

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their desired look and provide personalized recommendations.
• Cut, trim, and shape hair using advanced techniques to achieve precise and high-quality results.
• Apply chemical treatments such as coloring, bleaching, straightening, and perming, ensuring accurate application and safety protocols.
• Style hair using a variety of tools and techniques, including blow-drying, curling, and flat ironing, to achieve the desired look.
• Recommend and sell professional haircare products tailored to clients' needs, providing expert advice on at-home care and maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products by attending workshops, seminars, and ongoing training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.
• Provide scalp and hair treatments, including deep conditioning, massage, and other therapies to promote hair health.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service for each client.
• Keep accurate records of services provided to clients, including color formulations and treatment history, for future reference.

• Relevant qualifications and certifications
• At least 2 years of experience as a Hairdresser
• Proficiency in various styling techniques and hair treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients

The role offers a competitive remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
