We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team in the Cleveland area. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be empathetic and understanding, and possess a strong desire to make a positive impact in the community.

**Responsibilities Include:**

* Providing individualized care and support to clients with disabilities

* Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

* Promoting independence and autonomy in clients

* Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress

**Requirements:**

* A minimum of 2 years industry experience

* Certificate or equivalent qualification in aged care or disability support

* First Aid and CPR certification

* COVID-19 vaccination

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Experience Preferred:**

* Mental health experience (1 year preferred)
