Field Merchandising Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Merchandising Representative.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our products are displayed and merchandised to meet our sales targets. As a Field Merchandising Representative, you will be responsible for delivering visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements and supporting in-store projects. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our customers and colleagues, and to contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Ordering, merchandising, and stock presentation (including manual handling)
  • Maintaining in-store displays
  • Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
  • Assisting with major planogram initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use technology and various digital applications and systems
  • Strong time management, prioritisation skills and own initiative
