Job Description

This teaching opportunity is designed to provide a supportive and challenging learning environment for students with special education needs. You will be part of a highly qualified and dedicated teaching and non-teaching staff team who work together to create an inclusive learning environment that tailors to the individual needs of students through evidence-informed best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality Personalised Learning and Support Plans
  • Delivering innovative learning programs for students with a range of support needs in an inclusive environment
  • Managing the behavioural, social, sensory, and wellbeing needs of a diverse range of students
Requirements

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.

The estimated salary for this position is $134,570 per year, based on a base salary of $75,791 plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. The salary range is from $75,791 to $120,322 per year, depending on experience.
