Spray Painter

We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team at AutoRecruiter- Automotive Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paint finishes on a variety of vehicles.

1. Ensure Safety and Quality: Follow all safety policies and procedures, and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
2. Prepare Vehicles for Painting: Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning and degreasing surfaces, and applying primers and coatings as required.
3. Paint Vehicles: Paint vehicles using a variety of techniques and materials, including spray painting and hand painting.
4. Finish and Inspect: Apply clear coats and other finishes to vehicles, and inspect work to ensure that it meets quality standards.
5. Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.
6. Collaborate with the Team: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
7. Continuously Improve: Continuously improve skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.

1. Trade Qualification: Hold a trade qualification in spray painting or a related field.
2. Physical Fitness: Be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects.
3. Attention to Detail: Have a high level of attention to detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently.
4. Good Communication Skills: Have good communication skills and be able to work effectively with others.
5. Ability to Meet Deadlines: Be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
