Job Description

As a key member of our Cyber Security team, you will collaborate with our cyber security community to deliver robust, forward-thinking cyber practices that drive real business value.

This full-time permanent role is based in Southbank, Victoria. Reporting to our Cyber Resilience and Intelligence Lead, you will operate proactively to establish strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and triage, investigate and document cyber incidents.

You will also contribute to investigation playbooks and enhance incident response procedures, reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Triage, investigate and document cyber incidents
  • Contribute to investigation playbooks and incident response procedures
  • Monitor internal data and external trends to assess threats
  • Manage infrastructure and ensure compliance with technology and cyber security standards
  • Promote cross-functional learning through team collaboration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven ability to navigate complex environments with agility and accountability
  • Flexibility and commitment to delivering great results
  • Experience in developing security operations and defence protocols
  • Understanding of security technology including SIEM, EDR, Identity Detection and Network security
  • Knowledge and experience in protecting networks against malware and malware analysis concepts
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
