Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Novotel Devonport. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and contributing to the success of our Food and Beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food and Beverage Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
    • Assist guests with menu recommendations, wine pairings, and beverage options.
  • Guest Service
    • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and improve service.
  • Operations and Safety
    • Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
    • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience
    • Previous customer service or hospitality experience, preferably in a Food and Beverage role.
  • Qualifications
    • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
  • Availability
    • Ability to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
