Data Conversion Specialist - Supply Chain Management

Join us in this exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP S4HANA data conversion, analytical and testing skills.

We are seeking an experienced Data Conversion Specialist with a strong background in SAP solution experience in SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or SAP ECC6 Modules. If you have a proven track record of success supporting, designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems within the related domain, we want to hear from you.

This role involves undertaking data conversion activities with the objective of achieving a fit for purpose ERP S/4 solution in accordance with defined scope, schedule and business capability expectations. You will govern activities of Delivery Partners work, including data related issues, risks, dependencies and defect management to ensure data conversion activities are aligned to ERP methodologies.

You will support alignment of ERP methodologies, tools and approach to ensure fit for purpose remediated legacy system and constructed data-conversion approach. Additionally, you will support the Future Tranche planning activities, including early and in phase scoping, to deliver capability outcomes.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Undertake data conversion activities to achieve a fit for purpose ERP S/4 solution
  • Leverage ERP SAP data conversion and data management implementation best practices experience
  • Govern activities of Delivery Partners work, including data related issues, risks, dependencies and defect management
  • Support alignment of ERP methodologies, tools and approach to ensure fit for purpose remediated legacy system and constructed data-conversion approach
  • Support the Future Tranche planning activities, including early and in phase scoping, to deliver capability outcomes

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • 5+ years of data conversion specialist SAP experience within the related domain, including SAP solution experience in SAP S/4HANA (preferred) or SAP ECC6 Modules
  • Strong data related skills, including experience in analysing complex issues, combined with the ability to constructively engage with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated understanding of SAP Best Practice data conversion and optimised SAP solution design from an end user perspective as well as understanding of best practice design and architecture that optimizes the end user experience
  • Demonstrated communication and negotiation skills, including engagement and conflict management with the ability to think laterally and take the initiative to drive activities to completion
