Maintenance Coordinator

At Monadelphous, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join our Heavy Lift team. This role will provide effective administration services to the team, ensuring seamless communication and accurate costing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Heavy Lift Maintenance team.
- Work closely with the Maintenance team to understand service and maintenance priorities.
- Cross-reference time sheets to confirm accurate costing.
- Process maintenance request orders and close out maintenance request orders.
- Process service documentation and maintain service, repair, and compliance records for Heavy Lift assets.
Requirements:
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to cooperate with others to accomplish maintenance and operational goals.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks with differing priorities.
- Initiative to set and achieve work goals.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of time management and ability to handle a fluctuating workload.
