Class 5 Driver Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Class 5 Drivers to join our Interregional Transport fleet at Visy Logistics.

This is a permanent full-time role working Monday – Friday across both Day and Night shifts based out of our site in Wiri, Auckland.

About the Role:
  • As a Class 5 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and successful collection and delivery of goods from both internal and external customers across the regions.
  • Maintaining a professional image on the road and with customers is essential.
  • You will operate a modern fleet of class 5 vehicles, ensuring load is fully compliant with legal requirements and quality standards.
  • Compliance with all Fatigue Management and Chain of Responsibility policies and regulations is also required.
  • Adherence to Standard Work Practices is necessary.
Requirements:
  • A clean and valid Class 5 truck licence is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years experience operating Class 5 is essential and B-train experience is highly desirable.
  • Pride in the presentation and operation of trucks and equipment is expected.
  • A strong commitment to safety and willingness to work as part of a team is required.
  • Knowledge of road, fatigue, and load restraint laws is necessary.
