Spotlight seeks detail-oriented individuals for temporary stocktake assistance.

About the Role
  • Accurately conduct yearly stocktake counts with our team, ensuring efficiency and precision in product auditing.
  • Maintain store presentation standards prior to and after counts, showcasing organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

About You

  • Must be available to work during a specific period and able to stand for long periods while conducting counts.
  • Ability to follow direction, work efficiently, possess sound numeracy and technological skills, and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

Full training is provided prior to counting shifts, allowing you to apply your learning on the shop floor. A can-do attitude is essential, with previous retail or customer service experience being beneficial.

This temporary contract offers potential ongoing employment opportunities for select candidates.
