We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial adviser to provide strategic and holistic financial advice to clients in Melbourne. As a senior financial advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent client experience and working collaboratively with internal teams.
About the Opportunity:
- Provide strategic financial advice to new clients
- Maintain and deliver exceptional client service to maximize retention and referral
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recommendations are executed accurately
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of compliance requirements
- Lead and direct paraplanners and admin support when needed
- Grow a portfolio of clients with a consistent pipeline of qualified leads
About You:
- Registered on ASIC's Financial Adviser Register
- Passed FASEA exam and hold tertiary education in a related discipline
- Previous experience as a financial adviser/planner
- Experience providing advice on superannuation and insurance
- Strong understanding of financial planning regulations
- Proven phone manner, professionalism, and sales skills
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workloads
- Flexible and open to learning new processes and working under pressure
- Motivated by results and prepared to adapt to changing circumstances
