Project Overview

Civil engineering project lead sought by ADW Johnson to manage and coordinate subconsultants on a 600+ lot residential subdivision in Crangan Bay, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for full service provision across numerous residential stages.

The project involves managing and coordinating subconsultants, contributing to civil engineering design, water and sewer design, wastewater pump station design, project management from DA through to subdivision certificate, surveying, town planning, tendering and contract administration, and TfNSW intersection design and management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior consultant with experience in land development to take on a key role in shaping the future of this significant residential project.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate subconsultants on the project
Contribute to civil engineering design, water and sewer design, and wastewater pump station design
Project manage the project from DA through to subdivision certificate
Conduct surveying, town planning, tendering and contract administration, and TfNSW intersection design and management

Requirements

Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and coordinate subconsultants
Excellent technical skills in civil engineering, water and sewer design, and wastewater pump station design
Proven project management skills with ability to manage projects from conception to completion
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
