Our workshop is equipped to handle all aspects of vehicle maintenance, including regular servicing, comprehensive car repairs, and thorough mechanical inspections.

Role Overview: As an Automotive Refinisher at Carselling.com.au, you will play a vital role in restoring vehicles to their original condition after damage, ensuring they meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Performing final inspections to ensure all repairs have been completed to a high standard and complies with health and safety regulations.

· Cutting, repairing, joining or replacing damaged panels using specialist tools such as welders, sanders, and hydraulic jacks.

· Straightening bent or twisted vehicle chassis and frames.

· Applying primers, sealers, paints, and anti-corrosion treatments to bodywork as required.

· Inspecting vehicles to determine the extent of damage and providing an initial estimate for repairs based on damage assessment.

· Prepare specialised vehicle body panels and fittings as per specifications.

· Refitting repaired or replaced body parts to the vehicle.

· Working closely with mechanics, spray painters, and other tradespeople to ensure a seamless repair process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Refinisher is required.
• A minimum qualification of Certificate IV is required.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Salary: $70,000 -80,000 per annum plus Superannuation
