About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Affinity Education. As an integral member of our educational community, you will play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of young minds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning and cognitive development.
  • Provide individualized support to children, addressing their unique strengths, challenges, and interests.
Requirements
  • Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • A strong commitment to early childhood education and care.
