Quality and Operations Graduate Role

The selected candidate will work in a dedicated capacity within the Citrus category. They will take on key responsibilities under the guidance of experienced colleagues and leaders, focusing on developing and monitoring post-harvest techniques to reduce spoilage and maintain freshness.

Key tasks include implementing and monitoring food safety and quality standards, conducting inspections for hygiene, contamination, pesticide residues, and microbial quality, and ensuring that food products meet national and international standards.

They will also be responsible for identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the produce process, maintaining up-to-date records of research findings, test results, and production processes, and supporting effective document control, data reporting, and insights from data analytics.

As part of Costa's leadership development program, the graduate will benefit from a structured training experience, gaining access to industry leaders and executives, and playing a central role in producing premium quality fruit and vegetables.

The opportunity includes relocation support and exposure to networks across the industry.

Required skills and qualifications include a relevant bachelor's or postgraduate degree, a valid driver's license, personal transport with relevant insurances, and full working rights in Australia.
