HR Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Professional to fill this key role. The successful candidate will provide crucial support to our site management teams, driving forward-thinking HR initiatives that make our workplace a positive and productive environment.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Support Site Management Teams: Offer expert advice and guidance to help achieve site goals, promoting collaboration and success.
- Develop HR Strategies: Create comprehensive HR plans aligned with national strategies, driving business performance and improvement.
- Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the timely and effective recruitment and selection process for site staff, ensuring accurate and efficient resourcing.
- Local Remuneration and Benefits: Develop local compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring equitable and competitive pay packages.
- HR Data Analysis: Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive improvements, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Human Resource Systems: Manage personnel, training, and payroll systems, ensuring accurate and secure information.
- Industrial Relations Experience: Proven experience in industrial relations, including knowledge of Australian employment law.
- Manufacturing Site Experience: Experience working in a manufacturing site, preferably in the food industry.
- HR Strategy Understanding: Ability to understand HR strategy and operationalize effectively on a manufacturing site.
- Coefficient Communication Skills: Excellent coaching, influencing, and negotiation skills.
