Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Loan Officer to join our team at Australian Military Bank. As a key member of our defence community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our members.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our members and stakeholders. You will also have a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our defence community
  • Upsell and cross-sell financial products and services to existing customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve customer outcomes
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail banking or finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of financial products and services
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • A high level of motivation and drive, with a focus on meeting sales targets and exceeding customer expectations

  • A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits
