We are a leading electrical and plumbing services company with over 30 years of experience, offering professional services across Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing people and teams within their division, recruiting technicians and apprentices, and managing and performing small and large projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing budgets within their portfolio
  • Supervising scheduling work with Service Coordinators
  • Quoting small and large projects
  • Bringing in new work and improving client retention
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on-budget
  • Engaging sub-contractors to carry out work if required
  • Cultivating key supplier relationships

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and have a 'can-do' attitude. They will also have experience in a similar role and hold relevant qualifications such as a Construction Induction Card, HVAC & R trade qualification, and ARCTIC Licence.
