About The Role

Gaming Attendant Opportunity

We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gaming Attendant. As a key member of our front-line service staff, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG compliance
  • Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
Requirements:
  • You are great with people, detail and communication
  • You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
  • You hold current industry RSA and RCG qualifications. Gaming Licence would also be preferred
