About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Port Pirie store. As a key member of our frontline Fuel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a great shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote products and offers in-store, ensuring customers are aware of our latest deals and discounts.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and monitor fuel and stock deliveries, maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Ensure the premium presentation of our stores through effective merchandising and stock control.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • A confident attitude and energetic approach to work.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
